David reserves the right to cancel any appointment at any time if and when inspired to do so by his Spirit Team and if for any reason your appointment is refunded then David cannot read for you again as the energy will not work. If you fail to adhere to this and manage to book in again then no refund will be given again.
ALL readings are individual readings with nobody else present in the room.
ALL recordings of readings are strictly prohibited. If you’re found to be recording your reading, the reading will be terminated with immediate effect and no refund will be given.
96 hours notice is required to rearrange your reading and you must provide 3 alternative dates for your type of reading via David’s Online Diary.
You’ll then be allocated 1 of these alternative dates. Any rescheduled appointment is to be rebooked within 1 hour of your request being made and must be taken within 14 days of your original booking (Subject to availability)
1 reschedule is allowed per original appointment at David's discretion. After which your appointment becomes forfeit and no refunds will be given.
All Appointments need to be made and paid for by the person having the appointment. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in the cancellation of the appointment and NO refund will be given. ALL Appointments are non refundable and non-transferable to another person.
Appointments are taken at your allotted time and will run for the duration of time you have booked for. This time cannot be split, altered or changed and minutes cannot be carried over for any reasons.
It is a legal requirement that David tell you that all services provided are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be guaranteed due to free will.
The services provided on here do not constitute therapy or medical advice.
By booking your appointment it is understood that you agree to all of these terms and conditions.
Any readings won in any competitions or raffles the same terms and conditions apply.
Please ensure you leave the correct contact details at time of booking.
It's your responsibility to contact David at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you miss your time slot your appointment will be forfeit.
David’s 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you’re not happy within the first 10 minutes of your reading taking place, David guarantee’s to refund your money back. This guarantee applies within the first 10 minutes ONLY. It cannot be applied before the reading has taken place or after those 10 minutes have finished.
The 100% money back guarantee does NOT apply to ANY Appointment where a cancellation or a reschedule has been requested or where a client is late to their appointment.

If you’re connecting via the internet using WhatsApp, Zoom, FaceTime, Skype Or Phone and you have poor internet connection issues, technological malfunction or failure your appointment will not be rescheduled and no refunds will be given. You agree to switch over to the telephone number provided so your reading can continue during your appointed time. No extra time will be given.
It’s your responsibility to provide a quiet environment to connect with David for the duration of your reading. If this is not provided, you atomically forfeit your 10 minute money back guarantee.
David reserves the right to terminate any reading where there are disruptions that are beyond his control without recompense, rescheduling or refunding your reading.
Your appointment starts and finishes at the time you scheduled using the online diary. If you are running late please notify David via email at info@askdavidwilliam.com. If you fail to do this and you’re over 10 minutes late your reading is automatically classed as “A No Show” and no reschedule or refund will be given. David can not be held responsible in anyway for you not making your appointment on time.
Remember David cannot be held responsible for any errors made at the time of making your appointment so please double check you’ve picked the right time, day and date and remember to also double check your confirmation emails.
